Alan Gassman is a partner whose practice spans estate planning, health law, corporate and business law. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and holds a J.D. with honors and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida.
Alan practices in estate tax and trust planning, taxation, physician representation, and corporate and business law. He developed EstateView software for designing, illustrating, and analyzing estate tax, estate planning, and charitable strategies, and has published more than 200 peer-reviewed articles. He is also a co-author of legal guides on incapacity planning, counseling same-sex couples, and NFA firearms and gun trusts.
