Discovery, not tax advice
Tax Advisor Index provides specialist-discovery information. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice and does not form a professional-client relationship.
Profiles, Authority, and matching
Profiles and Authority Statuses summarize reviewed information under the published methodology. They are not certifications, endorsements, rankings of professional quality, or guarantees. Preliminary matches use controlled fit data and remain subject to the firm’s and Specialist’s independent review.
Introductions and engagements
A Request Introduction is a request to share the submitted information with the identified firm contact and Specialist. Either party may decline. Scope, fees, conflicts, credentials, professional obligations, and engagement terms are determined directly between the user and the firm or advisor.
Sponsored Placement
Sponsored Placement is paid visibility. It does not affect matching eligibility, match score, Authority Status, or standard result ordering.
Acceptable use and final legal provisions
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access. Owner/counsel decision required: governing law, venue, dispute process, warranty language, liability limits, indemnity, termination, and age eligibility remain unapproved.
